STEP 5
REVIEW

STEP 6
GO TO CONTRACT
Sign the contract and put down a deposit. Down payments normally can range from 3% – 20% of the purchase price.

Final Walkthrough

Closing & Escrow Coordination

STEP 13
Close of Escrow
Once all documents are signed and funds have been transferred, escrow officially closes and ownership of the property is recorded.
